Good for cyclists
- Lots of bikes would get an outing at last!
- Although Sustrans Route 1 is in Norfolk there are no National Cycle routes in this area.
- Cyclists could travel from Potter Heigham to Hoveton safely in 25 minutes.
- Many quiet lanes lead into the main A1062 road so few people use them for cycling. Once the route is built cyclists will feel that access to the countryside is safer and more pleasant.
- Cycle hire is available at two points on the route.
